My "grounding" looks suspiciously like depression and illness. Lol. Arthritis and anemia can make me sleep all day and even after that I don't feel "healed". I have to find new doctors or medicine. I'm willing to make the changes needed but I have a lot of issues with US medication and the insurance industry. Sometimes it's just too big for me and I love being in a helping profession.
