Your clients must have a Notion account in order for them to use the project manager. To invite them, you need to go to the top right corner of the page and tap on the "share" button. Then add their email and make sure you to set the permission level to "can edit" and not "Full access" so they can use interact with the client portal but not share with anyone. Totally understand & agree. However, it’s not rocket science. I always tell my clients to film an SOP / portal walkthrough and add it to the Chatroom inside the portal so their clients know where’s what and how things work in your business. However, I found that most founders tend to train their employees and/or contractors how to operate inside the business but for some reason they never think of doing the same for their customers. PS: if you train your customers how to be customers, it’ll increase your client success rate & you’ll ultimately improve your LTV. Most clients tend to discontinue services not because the team (or you) fails to fulfill the service, but because the customer experience wasn’t dialed in. They’re usually lost & confused, lack of communication, assets & files are hard to find, etc. Are you picking up what I’m putting down?

@ this one does not but luckily, I LITERALLY just finished integrating this Pipeline to last year’s Ultimate Agency Dashboard (SMMA OS). So you can use all of SMMA OS features like these content manager, finance manager, teams, departments, etc. and now this new and improved Pipeline.

@ Yes for now it’s $997 but the price will raise at the end of this year considering the new pipeline that was just added. In terms of future updates, every time I make some improvements to the existing features of the current system, you’ll receive a video sent to your email with the new update since I can’t make those changes on my end or release a “software update” like Apple does to all iPhone users, you know? Wish it was like that but the nature of templates don’t allow it.

If you’re just starting out you and you don’t have the funds, then your focus should be on getting clients. There’s no need to implement a system to streamline your operations when you have no operations to streamline in the first place. Get your first few clients, provide a good service, then come back and purchase.

The 497 option only includes the Notion dashboard. This option is best for people who already have a front end to capture inbound leads or for those that do cold outbound only. For the 997 option, you'll get the complete agency operations. You'll get the Notion dashboard, Discovery Call, Closing Call, and Client Feedback forms that connect directly to Notion, Stripe, and Calendly for a seamless experience. These forms can also be connected to your landing page so when you get prospects visiting your page, they can easily fill in their info and book a call with you and all that data will be transferred into Notion.

Notion is a platform where you can plan, script, and organize content. Unfortunately, it is not possible to automate posts with Notion without extremely complex external automations that won't break. However, it would be nice if it was at all possible to do this. @@PerrinCarrell Gotcha! Yeah there are many different ways you can get them done. You can use rollup properties to pull data from another database and use a formula property to calculate the sum of it (or whatever it is you're tracking) and turn the formula property into a percentage and have it show the progress bar.
