Hello,i have Dinli too,now the problem is,he do not want to start,sometimes i have issue with battery charging,i think this is the problem too?
Hi. Low battery voltage is problem too. You must try to start with booster , check voltage when engine is running ( must be12.9 - 14.5 V)

everything must be cleaned with compressed air and a very small needle , especially pilot jet . and then sync.

What was the issues
It was original too weak connection between magneto, crankshaft and pin. This original pin is too soft..

Tengo una Django 125 cc del 2023, una real belleza pero le hace falta un mejor motor (150 o 175), no quiero pensar como será una 70cc; la mía es una muy linda máquina, pero la TVS Ntorq 125 es mucho mas suave y rápida (3 válvulas por cilindro), es más pequeña y menos nostálgica, pero de mucho mejora dinámica

If you can don't use LED lights. Otherwise need work with wiring harnes, istall the diodes, because LED is very sensitive.

What changes have you done in exhaust? Mine is not loud
Vance & Hines exhaust muffler. It's " normal" sound. If you want really loud sound from this model bike, you must change full exhaust system. Because original they have catalytic converter.

No. This system is engine ventilation syatem and it is broken cylinders surface. So exhaust gas goes inside in engine, gearbox than through the breather to the airbox trigger pressure, fuel air mix ratio is poor , motorcycle not working. Reverse exhaust system is different system .
