Xboost is a misnomer, it does not actually increase the output power of the power station. It has a smart inverter that reduces the output voltage when it senses a potential overload condition so that the total wattage of the coffee maker is lowered (per ohms law) to the nominal output power of the power station. I have a river max with a 500w nominal output and a claimed 1000 w xboost.. My 700W coffee maker works but now gets only 500W (verified by a watt meter) and the coffee is kind of lukewarm. But I am still very happy with the the delta 2 and river max I bought last week!

Also a note for everyone..if you install this hitch, you WILL have the higher factory tow weight rating. If you go with an aftermarket hitch like the Curt, then you will have the lower tow weight rating.

sooo you just put a bunch of force on the molding of the hatch door? as well as additional stress on a latch mechanism and hinges on the rear door that was never intended. The long term use of this is questionable.

I won’t pretend I know much about this, but don’t you see the danger of swapping an issue for another one? Tongue weight of the hitch is out of the way but what about transferring all that pressure to a single point of the trunk? How much can a trunk door take before breaking and what makes you think this solution is safe? Maybe distributing the pressure across a few straps at different locations would be safer?

the bars on top of you ev could cause laminair flow to be disrupted into turbulent air, which then better fills the low pressure 'hole' behind your vehicle. which will pull less on your car giving you better milage.
