While schooling in Lagos, my friend and I were walking along the Yaba cantonment. A well dressed officer stood right there under the inscription on the wall DO NOT URINATE HERE. MILITARY ZONE. We confronted him. He wanted to drag us into the barracks for whatever, unfortunately, Governor Fashola was passing and saw the scene. He stopped and asked, we explained. He took the army guy in his convoy on orders. I've no idea what they did to him after.
