This song is by HELLO of course! Their only other hit song. It was a cover song. Originally sung by The Exciters. Hello was a glam rock band whose most famous song is "NEW YORK GROOVE" Now that's an amazing song! Amazing beat, great harmonica playing! Anyway, TikTok used this HELLO song, NEW YORK GROOVE, for the Alberta restaurant called The Chuckwagon Restaurant. Great food, big, loaded plates of delicious food and wild, pretty women!!

This was spot on when it was originally released. An ode to the original rave scene, the arrival of ecstasy, a renewed interest in LSD as part of the party scene. It soundtracked the era perfectly as increasing numbers of people turned on, tuned in & dropped out. Special times ❤
