This is a very interesting place. Did you know that the rocks beneath your feet, as you walk along this area, are 300 million years old and they contain plant fossils that scientists find richly, fascinating? Just imagine, these, are the very rocks that have been here, along this shoreline, for hundreds of millions of years!

I wonder if the chain-link fencing is charged with electricity to keep out the rather, low-life characters, you understand.

Ah yes, this is just the kind of walk I enjoy~ sweet mansions, one by one, lining the hillside on the right, with a sea of love sparkling on the left, all, while I enjoy music from the 1930's! 👑 Life is good at the top!

I hope the people living in these homes know how to appreciate them and this place for the grand spirit exuded here. I'd hate to think it's just a show of wealth and nothing else.

I have a fond liminal memory of when I was a kid here. My dad and I were at this park while he was probably playing music with others and I had met up with kids from our football team which had just recently combined a bunch of towns together. I would have been maybe 11 at the time. 14 years ago and this park has been more relevant to me now more than ever. This may as well be a different planet, everything in the world is so different now for me. Thanks for sharing this video.

Had many an opportunity to enjoy the Cliff Walk while I was stationed at COMCRUDESLANT (Commander Cruiser Destroyer Force U. S. Atlantic Fleet) from 1967-69. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. Thanks for sharing this video and bringing back lots of pleasant memories.

Try to walk it during high tide. As this film shows there are sections that get eroded and can be difficult to cross.

Are the drop backs in yet, up by the hatchery catch and release, we use to slam them over there,what are you using.

Over there, it’s breezy 95% of the time. Nothing unusual. Sometimes the wind is so strong that your eyes water and you can almost lie down on the wind, even when the wind is barely noticeable just half a mile away from the ocean.

Much better walking in winter when the temperature is comfortable, there’s no crowd, the sun is nice and low, and you don’t need sunscreen.
