The value seems to be much better in Medellin than over in the Philippines where I’ve been investing.

Interesting how much work is going on in that area to secure the hills of Las Palmas and how the road from the airport has had huge issues in the past. If you look north you can also see the apartment blocks they dynamited because they were collapsing

We were looking at buying a view apartment in an ‘iconic’ building in Medellin. Talked with an insurance company as the surrounding land was very steep. They sent us on to a geologist who agreed it was a great view, but constructing in that part of Poblado was at best questionable. These building are often now showing issues (know of one where holes are appearing in the car parking decks) so locals brush over the cracks and look for a gringo to sell it to.

It will be called MAESTRO DEPOT. i will tell my future kids that we get rich because of my dads hard work. By stablishing a Depot called MAESTRO DEPOT. its his nickname when he's still working as a Seaman. "maestro." Maestro Depot will be built like a mall. Like a window shopping of Hardware supplies to enlighten young people and young at heart whats the real value of it from the manufacturer and a mall value that we stablished with the used of brand name. "MAESTRO DEPOT" So people will think about it in news or in social media. Why did they stated the real price. It because i wanted to create their minds optimistic in a lot of aspect. I wish you would do follow ups to how much these units actually sold for and how long it took to sell. I can't see this unit ever selling for 295k. There lucky if the sell it for 195k

Ummm… yeah… the maid’s quarter is ALWAYS a full bath in Colombia. Is the live in maid supposed to share a shower with your family members? You clearly are not knowledgeable about Medellin. It shows in the details. And also showing overpriced listings. Your channel will not go far if you keep it up.
