Tell me about it, we should have had a better defensive showing in front of all the NBA scouts that were in our backyard at the time we were recording this workout. Might of lost an endorsement or two and a couple of sponsorships. If only we could have shed a little blood against each other we might have had a chance to also help World hunger and decreased a little bit of the carbon dioxide from the atmosphere to lower the average global temperatures to help turn back the Doomsday clock by a minute or two. Oh that's awesome!! It's definitely a goal worth taking care of your body for!! I've had a history of herniated discs, a hip tear, and ankle surgery over the past 20 years and I was and am so grateful for the work I did to keep myself functional for when my son asked to teach him how to hoop two years ago. It's been an amazing journey and I pray you and other parents get to taste the reward of not just talking about the ol glory days, but be healthy enough to actually recreate and reinvent them with their children.

LOL actually we choose this format to save my back and my hips from the frantic running of chasing down live balls. I actually have a history of herniated discs and a hip tear lol. But have you ever watched 'The Next Chapter' 1v1 videos or the US Basketball team 'King of the Hill' videos.... we kinda changed the game of 21 to favor that style. Misses are automatic turnovers so it's a 'better make everything' type of deal.
