I love both pieces.Mushrooms are always beautiful,I think it’s because they not only remind us of woods and forest where they grow, but of our deep childhood memories of fairy tales ,fairies adventures ,Snow white Thumbelina, and other wonderful adventures in the woods and forests with nature and animals that talk and make homes as well as do everyday things like us in books and films..All have mushrooms everywhere in them too. 🥰
I so agree! Thanks for commenting and watching Christine!
I’m going to check her out! I’m so afraid of those lives🫣 Her packaging is s cute. Oh gosh! I just love that mushroom lamp! Me too! I love mushrooms🍄🍄🟫 I wish we were neighbors and we could create together. You’re so talented. I love the hand built pottery you made. ❤❤
Can you imagine if we were neighbors! That would be heaven! We would be playing all the time lol OR talking lots ha ha. But wow, I cannot even imagine how great that would be. Rich and Jeff could go motorcycling together! And our kids could get to know each other. I know Grace would love your daughter.
I love the lamp , and the way everything was packed was so beautiful🤗🤗
Thanks Tammy!
Wow, so funny that 1994 is vintage! Your ‘new’ (vintage) mushroom lamp is lovely. I also like the other mushroom item you have. Thanks for showing us 🩷
Thanks Sarah!
@ Hi Mollie, I really should start saying my name in my videos😅…but thought I better let you know my name is Sue (don’t worry, I’ve done the same thing before!)
@@Approaching60 Ha ha, I thought that was not correct when I wrote it lol Sue, Sue, Sue lol I am so sorry. I really stink at remembering names, it takes me a few times lol Did I call you Sue before or is this the first time? Yes, tell people your name. Our subs like to really know our name which makes sense.
I'm so happy you love that special little lamp!!🍄 & I can't wait to see the lampshade you make for it!!! ❤
Love it, love it, love it!!!!
EVERYTHING IS SOOOO CUTE!
Thank you!
This was so amazing! I am obsessed with this and how much it looks like your beautiful Mother. I will be clicking the links, I am interested in having one made. I just love this. 🤗🤗
Thanks Tammy!
@@mollieanne 🥰🥰
Your Mom sounds like a beautiful human being. The creator that made the doll sure got your mother's features down. The doll house is going to look spectacular when you get done with your remodel. Your doll houses are the best!!
Thanks so much Tee!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful memories of your Mom with us. Your Mom sounds amazing! I enjoyed hearing your recollections. The doll, chair and stool are beautiful. That sink! - the detail is so cute. What a wonderful way to honour your Mom. I have similar beliefs as you in relation to ‘death’; I like how you explained that. 💕
Nice to hear we have similar beliefs about me. Thanks Sarah.
Oh yes, I love the real dirty sink. So much detail. The paper is really cute!
I really love the white and how you aged it. Looks great.
Hi Mollie❤ I’m so sorry. Today is the day she left the earth. I love how you honor her today. How beautiful. What an amazing woman she was…that dash was an amazing dash between the day she was born and left here. I love seeing these pictures of your beautiful mom. Oh my goodness she sure did! Wow. This is quite a likeness. You honored her well.
Thanks so much Tracie
Hi Mollie! so I took some time this morning to watch your dollhouse tours...of course they were my FAVORITE content I have seen so far! This house is wonderful and the kitchen is just magical! I definitely think you should streamline your content toward this passion of yours...its so fun to watch.
Good idea, but I never did that and do not know how lol I guess I should learn. Maybe in the nearish future.
@@mollieanne oh, I thought you said you were a miniature artist in your video.
@@AntiqueAgenda I am a miniature collector. But I am an artist, however, not in miniature, but I am redoing a dollhouse now.
It's true, noboday cares what you are wearing. Might as well wear things that make you feel beautiful.
Right! And I love your style. The show was fun last night. I will go to more of yours too. Your husband was nice and fun too. I think the lamp arrives today. I will do a video on it this week. XO
I agree with you 100% ! Age does not matter. If you love someone , then you love them. The heart wants what it wants, how can you argue with your heart💜💜🥰🥰
Thanks Tammy
@@mollieanne 🥰🥰
My wife was in 15 when I was returning from the 911 incursion that followed. I didn't know her obviously then but what a different world of experiences we had up till that point. In many ways her upbeat, fresh view of the world helped put me back in a good frame of mind about life. I'm glad I was able to thank her for that.
my daughter was 12 then and my youngest 2. That is a nice story. So how many years difference between you and your wife?
@@mollieanne 8 years.
Agree. Even with "love" out of the equation. People of all types connect.
Very true, thanks for your lovely comment
I love stripes! I believe nobody has a right to say anything about something they don’t understand or have experienced themselves. Your souls fell in love. That’s how I see it. Rich and I are 6 months apart and our souls fell in love. ❤
Love that! Yeah, my ex was 2 years older than me and our souls did not work out so good together lol
I don’t think age difference in a relationship is anyone’s business! (except for the people actually in the relationship). In fact I don’t think ANYTHING about someone’s life is anyone else’s business. I’m six years older than my husband. I know couples with a variety of age differences, and they all work. There is no ‘right’ way. Keep doing you, Mollie, you are brilliant, intelligent, thoughtful and kind. You bring sunshine to the world, don’t let some random unthoughtful comment affect you, it has nothing to do with you and everything to do with what’s going on with whoever made the comment.❤
The comment was from a persons video talking about how age gaps do matter. All the comments were saying age matters and relationships that are 10 or more years apart do not work lol. I made the mistake of listening to this woman's video about it and also reading the comments. So then I commented which was a bad idea. Since i have taken down my comment. SO really my bad. What people say is none of my business! You are so right! Thanks Sarah!
@ Thanks Mollie. I think I got a bit carried away in my comment 😅, and went beyond the essence of what you said. Given the context, great idea to take down your comment. 🩷
@@Approaching60 you did not get carried away. I loved your reply.

I have perpetual beer-goggles for my wife, too, so I know what you mean. haha
For your wife? I hope she does not read this 😯 Oh I get it, she is wearing beer goggles 😂
@@mollieanne I mean that I still see her beauty unchanged after 30 years. Is that so bad a thing to say?
@@Maplecook no, I was just confused. Wow you have been married 30 years? That is great.
I could sit for hours admiring this dollhouse. Really beautiful.
Thanks so much!
Oh what a gorgeous collection! These dolls have such character! ❤. Also Gloucestershire is pronounced Gloss-ter-sheer, but I'm form yorkshire, and us northerners in the UK are known for butchering English pronunciations. so don't take my word for it 😂
I knew I messed up how to say it lol Thanks for you comment and watching.
@mollieanne I was actually impressed, first time I visited Gloucestershire I thought it was gloce-sest-ster-sheer and I'm from the UK...we have some weirdly spelled places here lol
@@JoF999 Someday I hope to visit the UK
@@mollieanne There's some really beautiful places here but I'd bring an umbrella lol
Gorgeous! The bookmarks are beautiful. And the dolls (and their accessories) are incredible, so much detail. Love the chocolate cake piece and the cookie… so cute. How lovely that you have a doll that represents your Grandma to you. Thanks for showing us this. It makes me want to walk right into the house! 🩷
so detailed!! I like how you have a story for each of the dolls, fantastic. Mollie, your doll houses are one thing, but the way you set them up is just....wow like! Thanks for the video, it was great!
These dolls just have it all, sometimes I am a bit jealous🤣🤣🥰🥰🤗🤗💜💜
The Rabbit reminds me of Harvey (1950) the James Stewart Movie.
Oh yeah, it does. Jimmy Stewart was in that. I almost watched it the other night.
Smoking room!!! Everybody always smokin🚬 How sweet she sticks in a sweet bookmark! That’s just lovely. What a sweet human. I love the mushroom one of course🍄 I need to be cleaning and making things look tidy over here and here I am watching my friends on YT. This is so perfect!!! She is very talented. 😂 laughing how you would forget their names. This is why I put name tags in my plants because I would forget otherwise!
ha ha about the names. When we first started to know each other I even forgot your name a few times. But once I remember I remember always. Needs to get in my long term memory. Okay, get cleaning! lol
@@mollieannelol! I know! I remember one time you left a comment and called me Jen and I just giggled because I know how that is. I can’t forget Mollie with and IE and then there is me…Tracie with and IE!
Hi Mollie! Found your channel and subscribed 👍 I grew my silver hair out out when I turned 46...it took 3 years!!! I actually love pet names like darling, dollface, sweetie doesn't matter to me if they are younger people. I guess I prefer the illusion of familiarity over the formality of MS or MRS.
Yes, that is great. I just do not like it if the person is being talked down to. I love your hair!
I’m back!!! The realtor who helped put my grandmas house on the market kept calling my grandma names like sweetie, honey and I didn’t like her talking to grandma that way. It felt like she was talking to a child. I think sometimes a bit sensitive because I’m sure that realtor meant it in the kindest way. My cousin moved to TX from CA and all the young people call her mam and she loves it so depends on who you are I guess. People can just call me by my name. Or genetically don’t use any terms just speak 😂 Love your hair in this video❤❤❤
I think people have good intentions, but just assuming someone is okay with these type of names they probably should find out first. Also, people forget that just because someone is old does not mean they were always old lol I mean they still feel like a young capable woman or man. They do not need to be called sweetie and such like they are a little person again. It is weird that people do this to the older generation. I will tell you one thing, I am going to be an old person that speaks my mind and nobody is allowed to talk down to me lol. My grandma and mom hated people talking to them like that, but they were more polite about it. OR maybe it was being passive aggressive in a sense. But I will tell the person that I am not their sweetie and that I have a name so please call my MOLLIE! lol
Wait, is this different from the other video?
I am so sorry Liam. I had to repost because the ending went to black for like a minute. I did reply to your comment though. I am not sure if you will see it. I will copy and paste it here.
This is what I wrote lol But that is because you are a guy gramps!!! 🤣 Liam Gramps. "Go with the flow, about 4 years ago." Now I am going to call you Dr. Seuss with your rhyming skills lol
Well you are young and beautiful. Those pictures were so cute, I love the old lady costume🤗🤗💜💜
Thanks Tammy. I am okay with not being young now, but just do not want to really be called anything. However, society does this to all of us. I guess it comes down to respect.
@@mollieanne 💜💜🥰🥰
Great topic, Mollie! (And thank your clarifying your name! - I started out calling you Mollie and then thought perhaps I should use Mollie Anne, so it’s nice to know that you are Mollie!) I had the same reaction you do to being called ma’am - the first time it happened felt strange…not in a good way. I also don’t like being called sweetie by someone younger. Totally agree with your point about why do we even have to label?! I really would prefer to be called by my actual name (unless of course it’s a term of endearment used by loved one or a nickname).
sounds like you and I feel exactly the same about this. Thanks Sue!
Great video, Mollie. Karen hates being called, "Mam". She still doesn't like it and when people do call her "mam" she lets them know she doesn't like it. As for me, I like being called Tee. For the most part the only person who called me old was my Doctor. Others refer to me as "sir", "Mr. Walton", but probably when I'm not around they most likely refer to me as "old man" or "old fart" or something of that nature. For the 30+ years in law enforcement I was called every name imaginable and then some. My friends call me, Tee, and I am very happy with that. At this point in my life, I really don't care what anyone calls me, I will either respond or I won't. Always great seeing you, Mollie, I call you very special and talented and a breath of fresh air in this world. Tee
thanks Tee! Did you go trick or treating yet?
@@mollieanne We will be heading out at 5:30. You'll never know when we might be ringing your doorbell.
I don't like being called "Dear".
oh yeah, forgot that one. I hate that too. No way! Do you tell them to please not call you that? I am at the point in my life now I actually tell people to not call me sweetie or honey. I say it nicely though. I tell them I have a name and tell them what it is lol
@@mollieanne I usually let it go, but if they kept calling me that I might ask them not to. Also, people insist on calling me "Susan" in stead of my name Suzanne. I do call them on that! They are totally different names, lol!
@@suzanne529 I would call them out on the dear too. Just say, I have a name and it is Suzanne. That will kill two birds with one stone lol But do not really kill birds, I like birds ha ha

What a great place to sit and read surrounded by all the beautiful pieces you did! What comfort!! Love them all! So glad the book/clock piece is staying inside! Exactly where it should be! ❤️
Awe, Madeline you brought a tear to my eye. That room is one that Jeff made with his own hands, our addition. He also built the stone fireplace. The home we have is the one his dad built in 1953 and Jeff lived here as a little boy. He then bought it from who his parents sold it to in 1982 when he was married and starting a family. (I was only 12 then lol) But since I have been in his life I have made it my own too and Jeff and I have been together since 2012.

You are so right Mollie!! Each year, month, day is a new day! We are starting a new adventure my hubby and I! Just sold our home of 54 years and going on the road for 2-5 years in our 38’ RV. We hope to visit ball parks, national parks and various other sites in the USA. Then we’ll settle down somewhere again, hopefully close to one of our 3 daughters. That is our plan but we know plans don’t always go as hoped so we’ll just look for the best in any situation like we always have. We are blessed with memories that we can think back on and enjoy or we can squelch the bad/sad memories. I guess my point is, we’ll make the best out of any decision God blesses us with. Our cup is always half full. Even if it spills.
Love this way of living and thinking Madeline. I also am squelching bad memories. We have control in our minds what to focus on. So happy for you in doing this adventure and living exactly how you choose. Wow 54 years! So you must had been married for at least that amount of time. I am excited to read more about your journey. You should have a UA-cam channel lol But that can take away from being in the moment. So happy for you!
