Hello, thank you for posting this vid. Can you please offer some advice if you don’t mind. In my gf’s home she has the Ecobee system also. She is receiving some type of alert stating it’s too cold outside and needs to turn off the heat pump. I don’t know which of the threshold settings or whatever it needs to be dialed into. Thank you for any help you can offer. Thank you. Kevin

Electric heat? If it’s alert for auxiliary heat? If it’s really cold outside the aux is going to run a lot more.

Is there a rule of thumb on how much it cost to charge your Chevy Bolts on Level 3 DC charging ? For example is the Electrify America generally cheaper than using the Tesla Network even with the right TESLA-NACS /CCS adaptor, ( learning about the Chevy Bolt in preparation for a future 2017 Bolt purchase ) one thing I also don't know is can the rate charged differ between different county's or states ? here is a rare upload of some one demonstrating exactly that, which encouraged me to ask you this question: ua-cam.com/video/Iedaqid61Bs/v-deo.html Tesla Super Charger to CCS Chevy Bolt with Magic Dock

Did you use a 60A GFCI breaker or a 'regular' 60A breaker on your setup (the Emporia website says the charger incorporates its own internal GFCI so not to use a GFCI breaker) so your real-world experience would be appreciated. Cheers!

@@projectenergy you’re welcome. If you’re not shooting the match with friends, or have anyone to show you the ropes, then when you get to the match, sign in and go to each stage and put your name on the list to shoot for each division you are shooting. After you’re signed in and have your name down at each stage for each division, go the the stage you want to shoot first and mark yourself as present and wait to be called. If the range is large and the stages are spread out, I leave my gear in the car until I’m all signed in, so I’m not humping gear all over the place. For me, starting with GLOCK’M, then moving to 5 to GLOCK and finishing on the plates always worked best. My logic was GLOCK’M had the closest (easiest) targets, so I could get warmed up there and work out any kinks before needing to make longer shots on 5 to GLOCK. I finish on the plates because that’s where I have a tendency to shoot too fast and want to get comfortable running my gun and doing transitions on the previous stages where I shoot slower. Additionally, if I happened not to be shooting well that day, I didn’t want to leave a plate standing and dwell on it for the rest of the match.

So in away mode I have it set to 67 until 5pm. At 5pm it goes up to 72. It takes nearly a hour to bring back up to 72 degrees. Is it cheaper to run for 1 hr or would it be cheaper to have aux come on and heat back up to 72 in maybe 30 min? I have struggled with this ecobee since install.
