Agreed. CyberArk can import via API instead as shown here ua-cam.com/video/hivYaS8NU9I/v-deo.htmlsi=Qinl2TUb_M62qlRK However the API method doesn't work for federated users so the CSV method is a workaround.

Small Recommendation: Could you create loops that are actual use cases that customers would use? I recommend the creation of Flows that customers can start using and that would minimally change to adjust to their environments.

@@identityreels I did see that and followed the steps but my Azure users continue without getting the privileges I have assigned to that "Group" .
@@identityreels I figured it out! Just like you, my tenant doesn't allow assignment of groups to the Azure (Entra ID) App. That is the reason why the saml isn't sending the group. Thanks for replying.
This part of getting the XML is really good. A vídeo suggestion would be about troubleshooting and showing tips involving SAML configuration in a customized application. A second vídeo suggestion would be about using atributes, mapping groups, etc. Thank yoiu very much for sharing knowledge.
Where can we find the EPM templates in Identity Flows?
We don't have any now in the product because each use case can vary depending on which API to use and desired outcome. However we do plan to add some sample Flows in the future, so stay tuned.
