When on the ground I notice the space between the LCA and the bump stop. Does this kit not have bump stop extension or something that mounts to the LCA to move the contact pad closer to the bump stop?

Silly question here. Can you tune down this 4 inch lift to say 3 inches? I ask because I want to do this on my 21 HD 2500 only one use 35s it seems everyone puts 37s on this set up.

Kryptonite is the best stuff on the market for a Duramax. I've got their stage 3 kit (upper control arms, ball joints, shocks, keys) and I would say the truck rides the same as stock if not smoother.

If you Level your Front end (usually 2 to 2.5 inches) most people forget to realign your Headlights. You risk Blinding oncoming vehicles. I found out this way by experience. Easy to reset your headlights, 2.5 inches lifted/leveled, 2.5 inches down on on the realignment. Turning the alignment screw is all it is.

One small detail you left out, a lift kit is permanent as you have to cut into the frame. It’s irreversible. No more auto car washes, parking garages, maybe even your home garage. A lot of disadvantages to a lift vs a level. Cognito UCAs greatly diminish the CV angle issue and allow for 37s with just a 3 inch level on the 2024s. And cost, levels are a lot cheaper.

Damn, even with double overdrive your motor still revs pretty high. I'd hate to see what a set of 4.56 gears would do to my Torqueflite 3-Speed, much less 5.38 gears.

I've had 35X12.5R18 on factory wheels for 15,000 miles now stock height and have never rubbed once why would a 35" tire rub on a truck with a 4"lift?

I’m guessing it almost never holds 8 in auto. Mine even shifts down to 7 on inclines w 37’s and 5.38. I was cautious about 5.38 on 37’s but could even use more. Could see 40’s a lot lower even. Especially with your heavy 60’s. Thanks for the info. Btw I’m 2500 at 70 in 8th.

Hello I have a Gladiator Mojave with stock 4.88 gears. Should I change my gears if I have 40s? If so should I go 5.13 or 5.38?

Late here, but Balance Beads is the way to go. I've used them so many different applications and always work, keep the antiquated weights off rims

How is your towing? I have a 40s on 4:10 gears set up on a 2021 gladiator rubicon. 5:13 would bring me back to basically stock but I feel 5:38 would compensate for tire weight and being even able to tow with 40s.
