Any % means u absolutely and totally 100 % the complete game with everything that was programmed. And u didnt do that.
Any% and 100% are different categories, and getting 100% is way harder than you think, fastest was 10h 45m 08s by tape5 if you 100% the game.
Any% in speedrun means completing the game with the fastest strategy anyway all shape and form, this mean exploit, glitches and anything like it. Any% doesn't require you to get 100% as 100% completion has it's own category which like the previous commenter said it's much much longer than any% run

Getting rid of excess smg ammo. In LV I gotta hold a call while on a bike and u perma shoot ur smg when holding calls, making peds and traffic go into panic mode and chaos

plane thing is to get 0* glitch otherwise I'd get 4 stars in LV since I never officially unlock it. Then 7 instances of trucking to do monster x8

chainsaw slide - fist attack while slow running -> stop -> W again for CJ to start walking with this sort of aggro animation -> quickly switch to chainsaw and back -> sprint

the whole point of an Any% speedrun is to utilize exploits, glitches and just complete the game the fastest way possible by whatever means, so in this particular category, its fine to use 3rd party application
