It’s very ballsy of him to play this specific song in a church; It challenges dogmatic beliefs in a philosophical way rather than the typical mindless blasphemy put out by so many other bands. as an athiest and humanist, he's really got a deep and spiritual understanding of the human condition.... our evolutionary track, our faults, our evil... but he's also got faith. he's got faith that the human condition will improve, and that we will endure through the pain and through the evil. he's an amazing man.... we need a voice like his today.
