This place is a centre of drug dealing and consumption. Everyone in the neighborhood knows, are truly scared and don't even get close. It is home for criminals and if you complain to any of the four managers you will complain straight to the face of who is giving you hard times. THEY LOVE PSYCHOLOGICAL VIOLENCE and an overly ambiguous turistic place happened to be the best solution for them to practice what they are passionate about! If you're asking yourself why this depravation, try asking yourself where else you can actually go instead, and how you can contribute to speed up the inevitable fall of this rotten spot parasiting on an historical site and terrifying a neighborhood that can't stand these depraved people anymore. These "managers" should be taken back to their beloved East Europe, they actually have fun to screw up people over there and send them back to the streets of London "changed". THEY ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS LIE TO THE POLICE. In case you want to call the police because you saw on spot these "managers" doing drugs, having sex with guests for money or stay, stealing your things and bags, having minors around and having them even working in the hostel as cleaners (or even bringing their own kids), they will lie and stupidify you in front of the police manipulating everything. THIS PLACE IS TROUBLES. THESE PEOPLE ARE TROUBLES. 🇬🇧 ❤ LONDON DOES NOT DESERVE THIS ❤ 🇬🇧

Don’t go there, check recensions first, trust me

Just stayed there a month or so ago. Was a great stay, really have no complaints. Rooms are small but that seems normal for the area. Was close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Which means you really can get anywhere.

I stayed here and it was a clean and secure hostel. Helpful staff and a roof garden. Close to the metro station and there is a market outside some days.

Cette auberge c'est l'horreur, seul le bâtiment est magnifique, le service est juste horrible , horrible... Tout est sale dans les chambres, il y a des punaises dans les lits, il faut appeler la vigilance sanitaire pour fermer ce trou.

I'm travelling not running , I don`t like it here . From cracks in the pavement , Faces appear ! I'm sleeping not coming , Fantasy`s far . If you don`t want to get there , Stay where you are ! Sometimes I feel , just a little bit older , Sometimes I feel , for you ... I could have been anything for you ! I could have been old , I could have been blue . We could have been two , But I'll make it clear ... All of this for you !!! But I wasn`t here ❤‍🔥😊

It was formerly owned by Astor, and they both the hostel from the former manager of Astor hostels. Spend many fun times there with my fellow Astor staff, and we also had our staff party there, creating mazes as the hostel is huge

I so wish, they didn't have an age restriction :(. It's a great hostel, and I've stayed there many times before they changed the age limit

Chauffage en panne,pas d’eau chaude, l’hôtel ne reconnaît pas ses dysfonctionnement.Aucun geste commercial. Je déconseilles cette auberge de jeunesse. Le vigile de nuit a été particulièrement offensant à l’égard d’une personne de notre groupe, en fauteuil roulant.

This is a lie people, I really wish they get better but eventually, it's not that clean and cosy, even you have To go there, do not book More than one night.
