I love the concept of this series and how it is portrayed. But personally, it is so predictable. Up to its current point in the series, I have correctly discerned every death placement thus far and it kinda sucks the joy out of it. Part of it is the crappy trial arrangement, some of it being the presentation of characters. Regardless, as someone who understood the Danganronpa formula by making 4 small Fangans on my channel, it’s easier to see how truly generic they make everything But the big murders of Danganronpa. Though, I would be thrilled knowing other people liked it.

It's funny cause when I saw Yanagi for the first time without seeing his intro my first thought was he gave me Yuri On Ice character vibes only to find out after watching the vod that he was a professional figure skater lmao. On another note, I wanted to say you should be very careful of spoilers when looking through the Tetro UA-cam channel cause I checked it myself and saw they straight up just have the victim of each chapter's picture on some of the trial videos.

Spoilers I finally got through the trial and wow it was a doozy. Though despite it being so long I never felt like it was dragged on in a bad way every part of it felt like it was in there for good reason. But I can't believe my theory from 2 years ago about Eva being the first killer was correct! I had switched to her being the victim over time, which is really ironic considering her speech at the end of the trial might I add, but still it's so shocking to me. I still like Eva but having her being the first killer is just like what I said with Wolfgang being the first victim. Taking the Danganronpa formula and twisting it to make it more shocking and I love it. Not to mention the execution was amazing. It's not my favorite fangan execution I've seen so far but still it's pretty cool especially in terms of animation. Overall, this was a great first chapter from the case to the character interactions to the execution and to the Kai x Damon scenes. (this chapter made me love Kaimon don't judge-)

the funniest part of everyone not even knowing there was a pathos route.. is that I didn't even know there was a choice in this trial. I thought you had to do pathos cuz my brain messed up with the note. in fact the hardest part was wrangling the controls to absorb the statement I wanted which was correct. and the pathos route doesnt even have a rebuttal showdown, so I was jumpscared by a grace showdown

Spoilers Just got to the body discovery myself and I have to say I really like how different this game is playing out from a normal Danganronpa game. While I'm completely fine with the normal flow canon and fan games have (i.e double murder in chapter 3, buff character dying in chapter 4, ect) the fact that this game is willing to derail all of that just makes it 10 times more shocking and I love it. That's also the reason I was so sure Eva was dying first since the creators had said beforehand they didn't plan to play out the game with the normal Danganronpa flow. I had the right idea but the wrong person lmao. With Christmas coming in the next few days I probably wont get to the trial soon which is unfortunate, but it can't be helped right now. I'm excited to see how the rest of this game turns out because for me it's already catching up with Danganronpa Another for best fangan.

The good-end with Lebkuchen is the most hopeful for the town, with both of their knowledge in regards to the wicked funky crap going about town, and I highly doubt Leb doesn't completely know about the shenanigans with Father Hans, she must suspect something or have a bit of idea.. I think they'll be able to seal it somewhat, such a power-couple, the elder and the mayor.. I also love how her "I love you" is different compared to the others, "aishiteru", thanks some user that pointed this out, so darn sweet! ;-;
