Just had a fire drill last night in elderly/disabled housing unit of 150 apts., Gardens of Stafford. Alarms went off - no fire - was a drill but tenants not told that and it was chaos,if it has been a real fire - would have been a complete disaster.Usually done in daylight when the chaos is obvious - done at night this time but still a disaster. Tenants would have not been able to get out of the building. These are elderly/disabled people.
