I'd be intersted in folowing up Jack's story today because, similiar to Jac, I underwent umpteen jaw and reconstruction of my Mandibles / Oro-Maxillofacial surgcal procedures, some of which were in Manhattan New York between 2007-2011.,
Can't wait!
You're such a kind smart, handsome, strong young man Jack. You're so confident and such a getter done person you influence everyone you reach to be a better person and to do their best. I love watching your videos and seeing all your family. Thanks for sharing with all of us. Hope I get to shake your hand one day. 😊👵💙
I hope that she is not in there for a long time just saying that for sure now
My younger brother had this rib cage problem too it was pressing into his organs
I need a Pediatric Endocrinologist for my Diabetes

I would never take my kids to this children's hospital just don't want the hospital to attempt to kill my kids.
Now I think these are just veiled marketing
Jay is the brother of year
Lady of the Lake? Does she hang around in ponds handing out critical medical equipment? For srs though, they're great people.
. I had polio and these kids worry about what their chest looked like. Sorry but that's just little stuff.
that’s little stuff for you, not for them.
WOW I DON’T BELIEVE THIS
WOW I DON’T BELIEVE THIS
You messed up whenever you kept turning the water with your Clean Hands On. You're supposed to use a paper towel for that. Otherwise you're just getting the same germs on your hand that you put there before you wash your hands
That's why surgeons and scrub nurses DO NOT touch anything before going to the OR. #AsepticTechnique
Lol

Nice advertising! That's all this is, an ad for the hospital and doctors..Look how loving and kind the surgeons are, light and airy music playing in the background, it's all about love...BS! This is not how things really go!
Why don’t you go to medical school and see for yourself idiot...
We were in Shreveport 48 years ago and found public schools to be a bit wanting. Nasty comment, but Jack's mother needs speech therapy for that 6 year old voice.
Im almost 30 and still have a baby voice. Like its not like we choose to speak like that.
I was a singer and voice coach. It can be modified. Someone with a high voice will not become a baritone, but can be taught proper placement and modulation.
I’d imagine that she’d have issues ordering a pizza over the phone and is probably thankful to be able to do that sort of thing online now! While I don’t have a voice that sounds like what you’d expect from a little girl, I have had issues regarding my age. When I was 29 and went to buy a documentary at Walmart I was shocked when the cashier asked how old I was. I couldn’t help but smile and ask if I had to be a certain age to shop there. She told me that they have a hard policy of not allowing customers under 18 to buy R-rated movies. Thankfully she seemed to believe me and let me buy it. I think that was the first time I’d ever come across an R-rated documentary before. That was in Texas. I had it happen AGAIN in a Georgia Walmart when I went to buy my dad a $5 Cheech & Chong movie! That time the cashier insisted on seeing my photo ID which I didn’t have on me because i went with my mom and saw no need for it. I just had a $20 bill in my pocket. I told her I didn’t have it but was 34 years old even though I didn’t look like it. She said that was a problem and actually turned on the little light to get her supervisor to come look me over and decide! There was a line forming behind me so I told them to forget about it. Now that I just turned 40 I think I need to see if I can FINALLY buy R-rated movies in Walmart without getting scrutinized! Never thought it would happen in 2 different states. Oh Walmart. Bless their hearts. 😂😂😂😂😂
m e Great show! By the way,her voice is absolutely fine,GET A LIFE!
m e, half a century ago you formed an opinion of something and still think it’s relevant? That level of ignorance is only slightly exceeded by your expert opinion on what someone you’ve never met needs to do to meet your antiquated idea of how a human voice should sound. The qualifications you stated backing that expert opinion are equally impressive. You keep up the good work of helping people who don’t need it. The world needs more examples of selfless sacrifice for the greater good.
LOUISIANA OPERATING ROOM LOVES KIDS OF ALL AGES HE ESPECIALLY LOVES BABIES THEY ARE HIS FAVOURITE KIND OF PATIENTS
Having seen many of these hospitals in documentaries, I would have taken these boys to Kansas City for surgery.
Best of life to all the families.
I hate that they turned this into a long commercial for the hospital. It should be about the children.
It’s amazing how the children handle medical issues. If the parents are honest, the kids will do much better in life.
Kansas City? They are so close to the world renowned Texas Medical Center of Houston, the best of the best!
Agreed, Children's Mercy in KC pioneered a nerve ablation technique that makes the chest surgery recovery nearly pain free.
I go there and I live in Mississippi
You are great 😁😨☺😊🏨🏨🏨🏩🐢🐳
This caved in chest is due to Marfan Syndrome
A caved chest is one symptom of Marfan's but their are other causes of chest wall deformities.
Thanks take care..must... And Get well soon as soon
The staff and patients sure don’t reflect the population in Baton Roghue. Unfortunate for all
@Blu Why would you say that? Have you ever been to Louisiana? It's not some backwoods place with a bunch of hillbillies. Even if it was, that wouldn't make them unintelligent.
@Blu Poverty and lack of education don't make people unintelligent.
@Frances. Don’t believe everything you read on the internet. Google is only as good as the information input.
@@flj7 It literally does. You ever seen a brain surgeon that never went to school? no.
Hi, i really like your video, can I use the link to help educate people about proper hand washing , I will credit your hospital?
I'm sure he has Marfan Syndrome. That's one of the symptoms. I have Marfan Syndrome too. 😕
Can devin speak??? Because the doc makes it seems like except swimming he can do like anything. But imho speaking is really importend.. so he saying devin can do anything is weird... If he has it while sleeping why not sleep with oxygen mask on? Like with people who stop breathing in the night?? If that will make him speak again is that not way better???
inge smit it's a little more complicated than just wearing a c-pap mask at night..and he also has Down syndrome so his speech is probably already impaired, the trach doesn't keep him from speaking if he has a speaking valve, but he is probably a little hard to understand..in the video he and his brother are using sign language so I think that's probably his main form of communication
I love your video. What did you use to make your hands glow? I want to try this with my students.
Thank you so much! We used a product called Glitter Bug Powder. You can see the full experiment on our blog here: blog.ololrmc.com/a-fun-experiment-to-teach-your-kids-proper-handwashing/
