how to: one frame glitch | after effects
here's a few different ways you can layer your one frame glitch looks for your edits ♡
as mentioned in the intro, feel free to use your own effects! i just cover basic looks - such as exposure, offset, glitchify, and timeslice so if you would rather use different effects, by all means do so :)

how do i use them?
all you need to do is click the link in the desc and choose the ae project file that is compatible with your version! once downloaded, simply open the pf from your desktop, and you will find all the transitions there :) you can either replace the clips with your own or just go through each one and see which settings I used!

I’ve had mine for some time and never updated it! if you want an older version, just click on the three dots next to magic bullet looks in the maxon app and select the option “older versions” and just choose whichever one you want :)
unfortunately you will need a specific code for that version though :/

Your composition settings / value graphs matter!! And i recommend getting RSMB to add to your finished edit to give it that smoother effect :>
one frame glitch is like you have to just add effects like random effects and its done😆

Hi, how do you do the one frame glitches? :)
all you need to do is add an adjustment layer over your clip, usually at the end or start of the clip - it’s up to you! then, trim the adj layer down to just one frame and once that's done, you can add whichever glitch or effect you want :)

for some reason when i apply signal it doesnt look like yours at all
make sure each effect is placed in the same order as mine sometimes that can mess up the signal look!
