I had been wanting to do this trip for many years and finally got the chance this year. It was fabulous and everything I had dreamt it would be. Would recommend it to other riders, or even those who want to do it in a car (where you could go further each day or spend more time in each city).

Crossing the Mackinac Bridge on our trip around Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. It's been on my bucket list since I started riding 6 years ago. Absolutely amazing!!!!
Timber Twister Alpine Slide Spirit Mountain

On our bike trip around Lake Superior and Lake Michigan, a must stop was the Timber Twister alpine slide at Spirit Mountain in Duluth, Minnesota. So much fun!

Your video title caught my attention because I have wanted to do the Lake Superior trip. I was totally enjoying your pics and recognized many of the places you visited in Michigan's UP and west coast, since I live in Manistee!!! But the biggest surprise came at 19 min into the video with a shot of you and your friend and my friend Julie! Wow! I had come over the from the UP the day before and her and I were meeting Manitowoc to ride Door County! Wow what a small world! Thanks for sharing your trip. I messaged Julie and told her she is a You Tube sensation. She plans on checking your video out too. When you get back over this way look me up I will give you the grand tour!
Hey Deb, that's awesome! Tell Julie I said hello. She was great to talk to on the trip over and knew she was meeting up with you. I kept looking for you guys in Door County that day as Sue and I were in the same area. So much to see. I'd do that trip again in a heartbeat, it was so fun!
