It's good to see the players weren't distracted by the anticipation of an unappealing match against a small club in The FA Cup this year and managed to win! :) According to Tim, one of the main reasons we lost at Northampton and Posh last season was because the players had the upcoming cup tie against Fleetwood on their minds!

What has happened to the CFF? The last time I shall be attending after many years I think! ... actually had some character from the council looking round (and into) my tent. Not sure what she was looking for, but I didn't like it ! Came back a couple of days later to tell me what was required of me! CH is also full of yellow vested individuals telling you where you could and couldn't walk. In the hundred or so festivals I've attended It was the first time that a staff member has been openly unpleasant towards me. ... So, no more support for Cambridge Council from me!
... as an adjunct to the above : many of us recognize the planning that is being now being put into practice re the '15 minute cities' eg: authoritarian, unnecessary rules and orders, (often under the guise of 'elf & safety' ) Great conditioning for the masses! These have started to accelerate of late, perhaps because 'they' realize many more people are waking up to the dangers of these plans. None of this should be written off as conspiracy theory, the best defense against these plans is your awareness of them .......

Great night at the Junction! Not sure the sound on here is exactly what I remember though. Bleedeasy nearly broke the building - great set by them - but Chloe Lorentzen...she's something else. She would have had my vote - very special indeed. Well done to all the bands and congrats to Strawberry Lace.

I thought she was great too.The judges might not have been late but i was! Just caught the last 2 songs.Anyway I'm on Cambridge 105 Radio too,so you can hear some of this again on 8th November.
@@paulchristoforou4824 Oh you need to get her on your show! Those last two songs...just incredible. She's got more craft in a single line of one of her songs than everyone else put together - absolutely not what I was expecting to find when I came here to watch. Get her on, then tell the world you found her first! I was listening thinking 'oh she has it' and then she hits that last note and I was thinking 'oh, she really really has it'. I'm on my fourth watch. It won't be my last.
How old did she say she was? 16? She was astonishing. Amazing set. Amazing voice.
