Seemed like they were avoiding each other, especially Scott. Maybe he was just decompressing.

The more i watch these replays i realize a big difference in skating. Tessa and Scott are so well connected its like watching 1, they are constantly lookig for each other. Many others are very stiff, not relaxed, imo, with their partner. It may be danced correctly but there is no natural fire, no obvious connection.

I know that the step sequence is required but they do such a good job that I actually really enjoy it as a part of their program.

I don’t know if Javi ever had a little brother, but he definitely saw a younger brother in yuzu I wouldn’t be surprised if during all those times the pressure got to yuzu, the one person who probably approached him first and asked him “how are you doing?” was Javi It’s heartbreaking to think that they were more like brothers than rivals on the ice I still remember when javi won gold at worlds and how much he knew yuzuru wanted it and he tells him, “you’re the winner in my heart” 😭😭😭 It’s so hard being in a country far away from home, not being able to speak the same language and being number 1. It’s enough to feel incredibly alienated from people who admire you from a distance I guess javi was just never the type of person to alienate him or feel jealous of his accomplishments or feel inferior to him Their relationship is so darn positive, it makes me cry. As much as I wanted Tessa and Scott to end up together this video confirms how hot and cold Scott can be. I saw it in their reality show. He’s an emotional roller coaster, a prima Dona baby. I think it’s much healthier for Tessa to keep her distance from this guy. BTW, Tessa seems genuinely sweet.
