    We definitely have different timeliness...also what I learnt is that we can plan but God is the one who decides.

      Getting into our 20s is exciting until you start to feel the pressure hence why turning 30 comes with so much anxiety

    Sometimes I have to be harsh when I turn people down (especially family). My mother in particular likes to use guilt to get what she wants, so being more straightforward stops her at the start.

    Setting boundaries is telling your time and energy where to go instead of wondering what happened to it. Paraphrasing but this is gold ❤

    Totally agree about people saying it won’t work or that you can’t do it just because they couldn’t or can’t or haven’t even tried, or because doctors haven’t said that it’s a thing. Before becoming pregnant with my 3rd child, I lost weight by limiting my carbs to 1 literal cup a day.People were laughing and wouldn’t believe me, because they count their carbs instead.They didn’t try what I did, they just said it doesn’t work.I’m living proof that it can work because I did it, and yes I did lose 40 lbs doing it that way.

      Hey Roxell thanks for the comment. Our fitness journey is supposed to be individualised and made easier. What seems impossible for the next person is easy for you ❤️

    Sorry for the many comments lol, but yes going too hard is going to burn you out and you’ll want to stop.Start walking, or dancing, or hiit for a few minutes then go longer over time. I agree about weighing food.It can be stressful and another step.I think if people keep in mind the portions for their food groups,that will be easier. I used to count calories, but since I’m short, that limits my cutting calories to 935 but that is not sustainable since that limits my food a lot.The constant counting of carbs and calories would burn me out, as well as discourage me if I wasn’t seeing a change. What seems to help me is limiting sugar and carbs, and for carbs I eat a small portion if I do eat it. For calories I fast and I do watch portions.I also only don’t snack or eat a bunch of meals.Snacking is too dangerous for me personally excuse I’ll go overboard lol

      Adding an extra step to eating healthy makes it harder. It’s a lifestyle and it needs to be flexible and easier to do even on our low days

    Yes you don’t need the shakes unless you’re already fit and need extra protein to get super buff lol Air fryers aren’t needed but they’re useful if you want to fry, but definitely not necessary. I have used waist trainers and they did help me, BUT they didn’t just make me lose weight on their own, and they didn’t shake my waist on their own.I had to workout and diet to do that.The waist trainer one helped the same me, so that my fat would go elsewhere lol.Similar to wearing pants and shorts for so long under your belly that your belly fat and love handles are above the pants.

      😅 exactly! You need to put in the work

  • @ROXELL
    @ROXELL Місяць тому

    Agree! You don’t need a gym or trainer.I workout at home, and I have to focus on my diet to actually look weight.Workout out is just for toning my body.People think they can outrun or workout without changing how they eat, and they don’t lose weight

    • @rayneMasilela
      @rayneMasilela Місяць тому

      That’s so true!! You lose weight in the kitchen and you tone your body in the gym 🫶
