In between that 22 days do I continuously missed them or do I let them dry out for the 22 days that's where I'm losing ma'am I'm not sure if they're supposed to be missed it every other day or daily I love succulence but I do not know how to propagate it never works for me therefore I am confused if there's supposed to stay moist at all times missing then please help

Do you have a recipe for the soil? We changed our bhudda twice now to new soil but it keeps rotting. We thought we had well draining soil but I guess not enough or not a good mix?
