Your Zwarte Zee looks wonderful and very technical! I have this kit too waiting to be built. I upgraded to a Raboesch prop, Vac U Boat 545 5 pole motor, replaced the shaft (SS), stuffing box and adding a dogbone set up. ESC will probably be a Mtronix (no reverse delay!). I need to figure out a way to mod the rudder piece, just in case i need to remove the prop or do any maintenance. I do plan on sealing all the wood pieces with thinned epoxy (50/50 denatured alcohol), especially the inner bulkheads and supports. If I may ask, what type of adhesives did you use to attach the hull (plastic) to the main deck (wood)? Thanks!

Spektrum needs to add reference to overwriting the SD card... not the TX files as it sounds like someone got their symmetry mixed up and reversed the copy function on new update 2.00 with Crossfire support. Thanks...

That Mtronics 600 is without a doubt better in a boat than that Mabuchi 540. Those 540's get rippin' hot. but Mabuchi still makes good motors.
