Beautiful!!!
That’s cool!
Beautiful!!!
Nice!!
Nice!!
Good job!!! 👏🏼
Thanks! It was definitely exciting to restore a beautiful part of sewing history!😊
I've dragged around my grandmothers 1938 15-88 for over 40 years, recently oiled it up and it works great, still the original belt which is very beat up. Great except my wife keeps giving me sewing jobs.
That’s WONDERFUL to hear!! Let’s do our part and continue to preserve these beautiful machines!!!! Let’s keep SEWING!!😊
I love your fabric choice!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks so much! It’s an Ankara print!
Beautiful I haven’t seen one since I was a kid. My aunt had one. And she had the table it connected to too.
I think they ( hand cranks) were native to the UK mostly, right?
Cool find!
I have my aunt s old hand machine which is even older and I still stitches beautifully !
They are definitely built to last
It is a sure thing that these machine won't fail unless is something really serious going on and even then you just adjust , clean, or change a part and they will sew like new, plus they're beautiful to watch and a joy to use 😍
💯 and thanks for watching!!! These machines are truly gems.
Gorgeous! I want one!
Thanks so much!! Reach out when you’re ready!
Girl you rock, be blessed.
Thanks, blessings to you as well!
Thank you, now I can do my button holes.
Thanks for watching!
I am always amazed by these machines !
They were built to LAST!!! I just acquired a Singer fiddle base and can’t wait to restore it back to its beauty. My latest find is a 1898 make!😊
@@houseofachotidesign3174 they are kind of like potato chips ! You can't have just one, lol 😆 Would love to get a treadle and a hand crank ! Though I know hand cranks are more common in Europe.
Keep an eye on marketplace. There are some awesome finds!
Music ......little too loud
Thanks for the feedback and for watching!
Very nice!
Thanks!
Fantastic space ! Well organized & bright !
Thank you!
Nice set up but no volume!
Sorry about that
Absolutely lovely
Thanks so much!

ua-cam.com/video/WxpXb3_h37A/v-deo.htmlsi=Gv1eredI2e_diNBL Here’s the link. If it doesn’t open for you just search “ jumpsuit “ on the channel. You’ll see Part 1 and Part 2 is the next video.😊 Thanks for watching!
@@houseofachotidesign3174 thank you so much 😁
@@foxynannabev You’re welcome!
So pretty!
Thanks so much!!😊
That machine is a beauty!
Thanks so much!!
I think I already said it in another one of your videos… We have sister machines. 😅 1938 Singer 15-88 🎉 😊 Thanks for this video
You’re welcome!! Looking forward to leather weather again to sew up something COOL!
I have a sibling of yours. 1938 Singer 15-88 ❤
These were built to last!!!! Enjoy and thanks for watching!!!
Thanks, I just bought this pattern
It’s a fun sew!!!
Cute
Thanks so much!😊
Lovely look in the fabric choices! Very talented and your instructions are functional and then inspiring!
Thanks so much!😊
That fabric is gorgeous!!❤
Thanks so much!😊
CUTEEEEE
Thanks so much!
Did you change the needle or was it just a standard 11
From what I recall, I used a vinyl/ leather needle.
Dang why the juki shaking so much
I’m sure it’s because the machine was sitting on top of my cutting mat on this video. Sitting on solid surface should eliminate the added vibrations.
I just bought a used one from the goodwill. Can you tell me what thread to purchase? Sewing or embroidery
@@houseofachotidesign3174I see thanks
@@shante_carter sewing thread !
@@kawaidaisuki thank you 🥰🥰
Lovely!
Thanks so much!
Beautiful 😊
Thanks so much for watching!!
Very cool ! 😎 Is that "ruffle" attachment useable on different models ? Might have to invest in one. I have a couple different machines, one is a working antique, one is newer !
Yes, I know that it’s interchangeable on some of the Vintage Singer machines but not certain about newer models.
I thought you couldn’t sew over a bobby pin
Hi! You SHOULDN’T sew over the pins to avoid breaking your needle. Some machines are heavy duty and you could get away with it on a slower speed. I wouldn’t make a habit of it to preserve your needle and machine function!😊. It’s was easier to keep sewing while making this video . Thanks for watching!!!
Good day where are you located, please?
Hi, I’m located in Tennessee ( USA). Thanks for watching.😊
Nice! I agree, love vintage singer sewing machines. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching ! I’m glad it was helpful.
Great work! Thank you for sharing your process!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Thank you for sharing your process! Another fabric type I have yet to sew with! Lace & Leather… I plan to sew with them in 2024!
You are so welcome!😍
🔥🔥🔥🔥 Im so scared to sew leather. I need to check out your youtube video!
Thanks so much! Slow and steady WINS the race!😍
Cute!!
Thanks so much!
Gorgeous!
Thank- you so much!
What pattern is this 7999
McCall’s 7999 , it’s definitely a wardrobe staple. I’ve had it for a few years .
Cute!! I love a sweater dress!!
Thanks so much!
Great, thank you. My son's jacket got the faux leather sleeves ripped, and I needed to replace them. This gives me an idea on how to do it. I like the music too. My dad's favorite Frank song. :)
Glad to be an inspiration! Thanks for watching and Happy sewing!!😊
