Here is a quick tutorial , how i made the intro and the lead section of Levels. I tried to make it as accurate as possible.
The plugins i am using is:
-Nexus (basically all the lead layers)
-Z3TA+(main lead layer)
-Rob Papen Blue (the Arp)
You need to set slowly up the release of the ARP and add so much reverb for the drop as i show you. And i added a Gross Beat sidechain for the arp at the drop.
For the lead section i am just playing around the layers and the EQ's until it is like the original. It is not perfect ofcourse , but i think it is very close to the original song.
