Government crooks is who msha is. Its none of their damn business what anyone does. I cant wrap my mind around why the government thinks they have the right to do whatever they want

I've seen msha give personal fines and citations but they always were thrown out and dismissed. They never stick, it's just a scare tactic.

Nowadays miners just hook each other up with 5000-23's, no actual training just pencil whip a form, pencil whip pre op book. Salary does it so hourly does it too.

$220,000? Really? I highly doubt you could show anywhere in history where a personal fine was even close to that unless it was gross negligence. But it is a good number for you to throw out there to sell your services.
