One of the things with the yardage stat for the Titans defense that makes it seem better than it actually is, and Rossi kind of hit on the other reason the turnovers, is that teams aren't having to move the ball very much against them with the field position they are giving opponents especially just through kickoffs/punts. They have a historically bad ST unit, they've punted the 6th most in the league, they have the worst avg net per punt at 37.4 yds, the highest punt return rate at 66% with an avg of 17.3 yds, and they have the worst avg starting field position allowed at 33 yds on kickoffs. Saying that though Simmons worries me going against our guards, Scruggs is struggling to pick up stunts no matter where he's lined up (thankfully he's not a C anymore so the protection calls are better), Scruggs also isn't very good at recovering if he's beat even by a little, and Shaq Mason looks like he's pretty much washed. Then on top of that we have one of the worst oline coaches who I'm fairly certain has never taught a zone concept in his life

The Texans are basically 3 games up. Texans don’t need to win another division game. They already have the tie breaker vs the colts because of the sweep. If the colts go 4-2 down the stretch like Derrick says then the Texans would have to go 1-5 for the colts to take the division. I just don’t see that happening

Listening to Rossi was infuriating this video. The refs absolutely ruined any chances of the Titans winning that game. All three of the Vikings scores came right after a 3rd or 4th down stop by the Titans that was overturned by bad calls. Levis had like 80 yards and a touchdown directly removed by three illegal formation penalties, two of which were bogus and one was legit but still petty. The one they showed after the td to Ridley was negated showed a side view of the Oline and the tackle lined up just fine. Then the fumble and recovery by the Titans overturned because Donald regained control of the ball for 1 millisecond before his knew hit down and he lost it again. It was one of the worst officiating games I've seen since I started watching a few years back. All that said, we may still have lost, but it certainly would have been a lot closer. Levis looked much better, and it looks like Calahan is starting to call to Levis strengths instead of the imaginary Joe Burrow he thought was playing back there. If Levis plays like that the rest of the season and doesn't die from the constant pressure, he will have earned another shot next year.

Looking at the Colts schedule it seems they could easily win five or six more games. The Texans better get it together, but these people who acted the fool in the off season about 'SUPER BOWL' and who are now wanting to fire everybody are a pain in my ass. Get an o-line coach who'll kick some lazy bums like Tunsil into shape or let them ride into the sunset. Rookies can't be worse. Give CJ time to gain the experience so that he can recover his confidence and enjoy playing the game again. Leave Cap alone. He'll be fine. Slowik does look to me like someone who'll crater under pressure. His eyes have always looked scared/vulnerable. I bet he's a crier.
