Great job showing us how it is done! I have the hose out... now for the "12-year" step to get the new one installed. Your steps with the wording added on top of the video with the wrench sizes, bleeding the lines, etc. are fantastic. The best I have seen on UA-cam! Keep up the good work! This ebike will only go 28 mph with the stock 23" diameter rear tire.

It not sure if the shakey cam with a bunch of pop ups covering the subject and quick edits is the best format for this. Feels like being inside the brain of a cracked out squirrel

It still don't make sense to me how you're supposed to reach 40 mph, but I knew this bike could do it. 31 is obviously limited by the computer. You can tell riding this bike it's got more. I bought one in February and am still trying to unlock it. Weather's been crappy so I haven't had much time to experiment. Ya the tires are shit, thinner then bicycle tires. I got a flat first time I rode it from a less then 1/4 inch thorn and less then 5 miles. I put Tannus liners and slime tubes in right away, not pushing a 116lb bike any distance. I respect you for wearing protective gear, like you said better to sweet then to bleed.

What setting did you change to unlock it? Mine tops out at 32 mph no matter what tire size I set it for. In fact mine came from the factory set to 24 inch tires even though the bike has 20's.
