As a Messianic community we have been doing Sh'ma and Amidah for many years. It amazes me ehy the Sh'ma is not done first, as it like a calling together. When praying the Amidah, the headings are not to be read but are only there for information.

Recently I have been looking at how the term Hebrews could be defined. I came up with this: The Hebrews were God's chosen people centered on a Priesthood (Tent of Meeting/Temple, the final and only Great High Priest being Jesus) designed to reach all nations for God. Isn’t that something how the Tower of Babel divided the world with language, but after Jesus completed His Work, He sent the Holy Spirit on Pentecost, in which we were united with different languages? The 7 Feasts are so very awesome. What if Jesus already fulfilled all 7 Feasts? I believe He did. The Sabbath i.e. Saturday is so very, very special, actually containing the Gospel. In Exodus 16 we read that just enough Manna was provided for each day, except on Friday. On Friday double the Manna was provided to the people of God so they could have their Sabbath Rest. Isn’t that over the top amazing that Jesus, the Bread of Life i.e. Manna from Heaven, was crucified on Good Friday so the people of God could have Eternal Sabbath Rest? What is this? The shame is recited only during shacharit and arvith or ma'ariv. Why are they one, reciting Amidah before Shema and Two, why are they saying the Amidah at this time of day. Even if it was in the time before the latest time to recite Shema, they are not Jewish. Where are the tallits or even just a simple head covering.
