Agreed. I think lots of people do. The first manufacturer who goes back to basics for SUV's and P/U trucks is going to mop the floor when it comes to market share...especially in this price / purchasing power environment. In the northeast, dealers are getting plenty of orders for trucks with vinyl floors...no frills. Buying this new shit is like paying $300 for a 25yr bottle of Scotch that comes in a super fancy presentation case with a magnetic clasp. Keep your bullshit, and I'll take your bottle for $250....

@@DesertMotors Be careful with what you say. I'm driving a 52 years old not average car, a Saab 96, that probably will surprise all of those who drive an average Giulia Sprint.

They're solid for sure. Would be a fun car to have in high school.

I don't own it, I just shoot these cars for a client. I record these videos (and shoot photos) for them to be auctioned online. This car sold for $25,250 back in April of last year.

@@DesertMotors oh it was . Damn shame that the gods of rust demanded to have their way with it by '64 . Not like my cousin didn't keep his vehicles well washed/waxed and maintained .

@@bobbrinkerhoff3592 Yeah, this car is by no means a "survivor". Went through an extensive restoration and is likely one of the nicest '59s in the world now. Probably nicer than it was new, honestly. Currently up for auction with four days left and the current high bid is $60,500.

It really is a beauty. Love all of the design choices and modifications he made.

@@isaacolsen7595 To be completely honest with you, I have no idea. I shoot these cars for a client of mine and typically they go up for auction and I get to see an entire description of them. Looking back this one never went to auction. Likely sold before it went live.

Thanks. Glad you stuck around, too. These videos honestly really aren't meant for view on UA-cam, but for potential buyers on the auction site they are on. Hope to one day make some videos that are more geared towards just watching on UA-cam, though.

Have to get out of the busy parts of the valley to really enjoy it, but there are definitely some good ones and plenty of great weather for it most of the year.

I like light interiors with some colors (like a light tan with dark blue or green), but in general I think black or other darker colors are a little more safe in general.

Would be interesting for sure. I've driven a handful of Emiras and really like them, though. Definitely a lot more high-tech and advanced than their older cars, but still super engaging and the manual gearbox is one of the best on the market for sure.

For sure. Trucks in general have gotten absurdly oversized. Nice to see a couple manufactures bringing back some smaller ones, though. Would be nice if the some Japanese manufacturers released some smaller ones like they used to as well.

It hasn’t been listed yet, but it should be live on Bring a Trailer fairly soon. Hard to say what it will go for, but people seem to like Guards Red and it’s very low mileage, so I wouldn’t be shocked if it went for about $300,000 or more. I think 993s are only on the rise.

It's definitely up there. I'm not sure the exterior color would personally be my first choice, but I certainly appreciate it. Such great cars.

To tell you the truth, I feel the same way. I'm not a big fan of 911 Cabs in general and the whale tail is almost never my favorite, but something about this just works for me. The interior is also super unique and, amazingly, this is a one-owner car that has been in Arizona its entire life. Was sold at a Phoenix dealership.

I do like the green a lot. Refreshing compared to the typical colors you see. And it is definitely pretty slammed, but I agree, it looks great. Had to be careful around big bumps, haha. I believe it was raised a bit after I shot it.
