I think about the alleged victims. I would want my loved ones protected until its decided their experience was proven. Its going to come down to case law though. Well .. it should. @@mariahyohannes that narrative about him intimidating witnesses was a lie promoted by the government. The person they accused him of intimidating, called him first. The Feds were monitoring her phone calls and said that he was trying to intimidate her, but she never said he did. His lawyer told him not to make contact with her anymore because she had become a grand jury witness, and he stopped all communication. He’s not a threat to anyone, and he’s shown that since before the raids. The prosecution is a team of all white women who are trying to make him seem as worse as they possibly can. But if you look at the indictment, you can clearly see that it’s all based off of the Cassie lawsuit. They have to make him seem like a monster and a threat because they really don’t have any solid evidence against him other than his promiscuity and drug use

As much money as Diddy has at the end of the day he's a black man. Just like O Jay. Trump was convicted of rape, he ain't in jail yet.

I feel you... If Im honest.. Privileges are just that in this country add politics to the mix and the results are unmatched. However, a black man who has done absolutely nothing for his community but inflict harm knowing the price we pay for just existing is a different conversation imo. I agree with you.. it's tired especially when they're front porches aren't clean in my opinion. It's the only thing they have to come at her with and it's unfortunate that women would want to antagonize that pain in one moment and then pretend to support when its beneficial. There was alot of positive feedback regarding Melody but in my opinion she can do better in the humility department. @Itsmewisdom I totally agree with you. The longer this trial goes .. the more the state is exposed. I don't think they've had to ethically prosecute a case which is why they are so unprepared and don't have evidence that truly support their allegations. It's a theory prosecution not a factual one. The scary thing is it only takes one guilty verdict on any one of the covert acts to get the RICO conviction. That's the gamble of throwing any and everything at the wall like spaghetti noodles and hoping one thing sticks. Not to mention all of the violation of rights.
