The jewel is as lackluster as it appears. The blade is Steel and the hilt is Aluminum, and I beleive they call it sand molding or something to give it some texture. It doesn't look too bad and sort of fits the way Classics did the swords with the blade and hilt being different colors. Honestly this was disappointing.

I do hope it makes it, they are better set up then Matty Collector had been when they tried the same kind of thing back in the day. At this point, if it had stretch goals I don't think it would have hit them, or maybe stretch goals would have made people want it more.

@@knightwolfpro4494 Definitely!!! I love construction toys; not only brick-based ones (K'nex, Meccano or Blokees). I've got plenty of sets from Lego and Mega Construx, plus I also got a few from other companies/brands, such as Cobi, Pantasy, CaDa, or Hasbro's own but now-defunct Kre-O.

@@knightwolfpro4494 Yeah, thematically the G.I.Joe sets should go well with Mega's Halo and Call of Duty sets. Though 'CoD' got unfortunately discontinued at the turn of 2021/22.

@@subraxas I picked up a couple of Halo sets, and I got the Van voted set, still annoyed the bike in that one didn't have the same option as the Warthog, but you know. I got my Skystriker HISS ordered. I'm guessing it wont sell out though

@@keka792 BBTS has been great, the issue I have is more with the manufacturer of the Sword itself, Factory Entertainment.

two was not exactly the best movie, though better then the one that followed. lol. I like the uniforms though, but Are you just passing on the Deluxe or both version, since the basic package is just the Ecto-1 from the original movie..

I didn't know that it was just a reuse of the tooling. Did Matchbox get bought by playmates? Like how did Playmates get the stuff to use? Also did they need to modify the cockpit for the Exo Squad figures? I've got some random Robotech figures from Matchbox in my collection, and I'm pretty sure they're GI Joe sized and Exosquad was closer to MASK sized

I know the feeling, lol. I've been overall impressed with the Cartoon Collection, sure their are some issues and all. I do think this is my favorite version of Ram-Man that's been made so far though. A couple tweaks and he's be perfect.... Suddenly i have an urge to get a second one to try painting with metallic paint. Probably wont get around to doing that though

Once you change out the o ring the figure flows better. They should have stuck with the right size of o ring. I had to change out 20

Standard Cobra Office, male body? Did they make a female Cobra Office in O-Ring? I know the 4 inch line had them, but I don't recall any in the Vintage Line

I just used a 2005 I think body but she might fit on an older one

I not sure if Hasbro made any but black major had female cobra officers they made

I have the 3 month subscription with the addition of the figures and shirts but, I’ll probably continue after my November subscription. How long have you been subscribed to the Otaku Box? Do you know if it’s true you start to get free figures after one has reached legendary status?

Yeah it’s an awesome shirt, you can add the shirt to the Otaku Box manually and they’ll card you monthly after. I have the 3 month subscription but I might continue after November.

Happy Halloween! I heard back from support on the Miia figure. I had to show pics of the box and what was in it and then fill out a form. I should get the missing figure next month it sounds like.

I'm not sure what the best way to do it is. I spent more then I really wanted to get everything through the kickstarter. I haven't looked at it on Crunchy Roll's store. I rarely go there since Crunchroll bought out Rightstuf. It's possible you might be able to wait a little bit and see if it goes on sale at some point too, unless they are only fulfilling pre-orders. I honestly don't know how any of that works with the Kickstarter stuff, but I think the last one I supported EMMA is still purchasable so it might be on the site for a while. It's basically just tossing the dice and hoping.

@@RudyPerucho I remember seeing a sale on the previous release figures advertised a while ago, well before I joined. That might have been a joining bonus at the time, but it sounded like it was for members. I want the Rem, and i think they Had a Lucy HEartfilia figure as well previously.

I agree. I think it may have helped if they had given us a comic with his backstory, you know given us a reason to give a crap about him, but he's basically a nothing character without it. A missed oppertunity.

To be honest, I think my favorite one is the original green version, followed by Tiger Force, if they had done the Night Force one in the Color Scheme of the Original Night Force vehicles though, that would have been a game changer for me. 😀

I double checked my pledge and my ad ons and it looks like I did not include the Lithos in this case, but I did include the complete collection, so even though I have the Dirty Pair OVAs and Flash, I'll be getting the BluRay versions to fill the collectors case. :D

Understandable, they were on BBTS for the original discounted price which would have had the flat $4 shipping rate, but it looks like they've now gone to full price on BBTS. Otherwise that would have been a good option a couple weeks ago to save money
