Sir , I am your subscriber. I need a help from you. I am struggling with muscle ups. I can do clean weighted pull ups 20kg x 8reps. Several months have gone. I am thinking that muscle ups is only dream for me. My bodyweight is 64 kgs.
Hey! Thanks for the support and props on those weighted pull-ups-20kg for 8 reps is seriously strong! 💪 Muscle-ups are tricky, though, and they can feel impossible even when you’re already pulling heavy. Honestly, the key is a mix of technique and explosive power. Here are a couple of things that might help: High Pull-Ups: Try pulling as high as you can, aiming to get your chest close to the bar. It’ll build the explosive strength you need for that initial ‘pop’ in a muscle-up. Transition Drills: You might already know this, but the transition is the hardest part for most people. Things like band-assisted muscle-ups or negatives can make a big difference as they get you used to the movement. Core and Grip Work: Muscle-ups need your whole body, so building core stability and grip strength is huge. Core exercises and grip work might sound simple, but they really pay off. Stick with it and keep pushing-you're honestly so close! It’s just about finding that rhythm and explosiveness. Let me know if you need any other tips, and keep me posted on your progress!

working on it. on the chicken wing stage lol..tbh, i was more impressed with your high pullup, that my next or concurrent goal to do a nice more strict mucleup. thx for the advice. i gonna start doing some weight pullups that will help both goals

To control a straight bar handstand, it's all about balance and core engagement. Start by practicing wall handstands to build strength and stability. Focus on pushing through your shoulders and keeping your core tight. As you get stronger, gradually move away from the wall and practice holding the handstand on the bar, working on shifting your weight to find balance.

That's awesome! 💪 Since you can already do 3 pull-ups with perfect form, you're on the right track! Focus on building more pull-up strength, work on explosive pull-ups (getting your chest as close to the bar as possible), and start practicing transition exercises like high pull-ups and bar dips. Consistency is key, and with regular practice, you can definitely hit that muscle-up before November! Keep pushing! 💥
