Same issue created with me from croma and hp... From one month I didn't get resulation... My all laptop dead after repair I want to inform you all dont buy any product from hp and croma they are only sell product . Custom care and top level all person is hopeless...

Aare gawar, croma ka kya galti hai. HP ke naam pe ghatiya saman kharidega to asa hi hoga. HP ke service center naam ke bhi koi cheez hot hai. Buy Dell/Asus/Acer with onsite warranty and remain tension free.

Main bhi Panasonic ka AC Lene gai thi unhone mujhe insist Kiya ki main Hitachi ka AC Lun jab Hitachi ka AC Maine unhen refund karne ke liye bola only after 2 days to unhone mujhse kam se kam 7 se 8 rounds lagva Liye unka yah plan tha ki return policy ke 7 days chale jaen aur vah mujhe Hitachi AC hi chipka de Croma ki services bahut kharab hai jab ham saman Lene jaate hai to sales person aage piche ghumte rahte hain aur jab ham Apne refund ki baat karne ke liye Gaye to vahan kisi ke pass bhi time nahin tha baat karne ka manager phone nahin utha raha tha manager whatsapp ke messages ko bhi reply nahin kar raha tha Puri tarah Se harass karne wali condition hai

Gawar people retailer is not a manufacturer of product and not a responsible for quality. You buy HP laptop by HP brand name . Retailer responsibility is to sale orginal product . You should highlight with HP.

Hi sir, i too bought a hp laptop fron croma and 1 year also not completed this is the fourth time im raising complaint in hp support, pls help me what i should do, will croma replace it with a new laptop or should i raise a consumer court complaint on them

Bro reliance digital gave hp laptop cost 70k it got kharab too quickly why to blame reliance digital then. So same croma cant be blame it is the fault of hp laptops.

I faced same issue with Amazon but hp service center solved my laptop issue.

Why you are blaming croma they are just a dealer,any problem with the laptop is solved by hp service centre itself.
