Luca Blight is one of the few video game villains that legit scared the shit out of me. That infamous scene in Ryube was what cemented him as terrifying. Hell, even fighting him was a cast-iron bitch. It literally took three brigades just to bring him to heel and even then, he only went down for the count after a one on one duel with our intrepid hero and a barrage of arrows. If he had been allowed to continue his crusade unabated? The whole of Jowston, nay, the entire world Suikoden takes place in, would've been brought to heel in a blazing inferno. The speech he gives right before he dies is used to basically mock you. It proves just how well written he was to have made that kind of impact, because damn, he was an irredeemable, bitter, deranged, psychotic motherfucker all the way to the bitter end.

First heard when fighting the Mist Shade at the beginning of the game and not heard again until the boss fight in the Cave of Win, which is on the path t0 acquiring the North Window Castle.

The left leg and both heads = the worst part of this fight. Beast Rune + heads = near party wiping unite. Left Leg = near party disabling mad spam of all status effects in the game. My strat was always kill the left leg as fast as possible and then make a mad dash for either head because that unite is really nasty.

When Luca begins his night raid and when he is defeated. The last boss theme uses a remix of this.

The last major fight with a unique theme until you fight the last boss.

First time this is heard is when you fight Flik at the Mercenary Fort.

When you're trying to get that dancer without knowing she isn't available yet and you end up with Oulan instead because your party is composed entirely of girls.

When this plays and you forgot to save before hand.

I always felt this held special meaning when you go through the Cave of Wind and meet Kahn.
