Lujon is a favorite of mine, beautifully presented by Henry Mancini, gorgeous!

This version is very nice and check out the amazing one by Dan Fontaine. I think his horn section a little better, and his strings a little more promounced. Dan is on UA-cam.

love the way the horns softly cut through the weight of the stings before the bridge. i was always thought the dynamics of the sax in the original took away from the mellowed string arrangement. still my favorite mancini composition.
but its still a great cover
i love this tune, BUT i don´t like the "Micro-Timefeel" and Phrasing of the Strings at all. Totally unsensitive :-(
