I love the night, that peace and quiet and tranquility is amazing. Too much madness going on during the day and the need to be social. I love my friends but I have the social battery of a turnip so the night is the best place to recharge. Helps if I find a good rain background noise video or something similar. Love your style! The sailor moon animation was cute!

Fun fact: in Doom 3, near the end of the game, you can find a humorous email going over general tips for opening sacrificial portals. Did you know that when opening a sacrificial portal, virgin blood is best, goat blood cannot be any older than 3 days, entrails must be removed and apportioned either before death or 30 minutes, candles must be sorted tallest back to front (you know it's important because it even specifies, "never the other way around!") And, most importantly, pentagrams must be drawn from the center to outside and left to right. I did not make this up, you can actually find this in the game.

I stay up late because I am a procrastinator and always do my schoolwork last minute. There was one time where I was working on a project for history class where I had to do a presentation on two battles from WW2 (one from the European front, and one from the Pacific front). I chose the battle of the Bulge and the battle of Leyte gulf. In case you don't know, the battle of the Bulge was the largest land battle that the Americans fought in WW2 (and insanely significant from a tactical standpoint since it was Germany's last big gamble to win the war), and the battle of Leyte gulf was the largest naval battle in WW2 (and possibly the largest naval battle in human history by some metrics. Oh, and it was also a huge turning point in the Pacific since practically the entire Japanese navy was wiped out). My point is that I happened to choose insanely large, significant, and complex battles to do the presentation on; and since I just chose randomly from the list that my history teacher provided, I wasn't aware of the scale of research I'd have to do until I actually started the project. I did the research for Leyte gulf first. I can't remember when I started, but I remember working on the Leyte gulf part until the day before the project was due (mainly because apparently Leyte gulf had several smaller battles take place within it, and I had to do a breakdown of EACH ONE). That means I didn't even *start* the research for the battle of the Bulge until the *night* before the project was due. You had to make some sort of visual aid, as well as a page-long explanation of how the battle unfolded (for both battles, by the way). By the time I got the slideshow done for the battle of the Bulge, it was past 1:00 AM. I started typing out the page-long explanation of the battle, and I literally FELL ASLEEP MIDWAY THROUGH TYPING IT. I remember waking up around 3:00 AM, dazed and confused, only to suddenly remember what I was doing and go OH CRAP, I GOTTA FINISH THIS, WHAT TIME IS IT??? I ended up completing it just fine, even if I was sleep deprived the next day, and I actually got a pretty good grade on the assignment (which confused me, until the time to present came and I realized that I completely overdid the project; no one else had as deep of an explanation for their battles as I did, so even though my slides were weird looking, they were very good compared to what the other students brought in). That's probably my craziest "staying up late story." Most of the times I stay up late, it's either to do schoolwork or I just get distracted on my phone and forget that I am supposed to sleep.
