do you need to have a degree on one of the science related degrees, or wouldn't a computer science degree not do ?

Does any regulation say that every organization/company should have all the deliverables (SDLC) should be documented to maintain compliance or. Will that be ok if we tailor depending upon the type of the system/application/ software (Equipment Software/ COTS/ Saas/Paas) and fit them into a minimal number of SDLC deliverables to maintain a compliance standard

Sir i have read some of your articles which were designed Magnetic ionic liquids(MILs) for the extraction applications.I am working on the synthesis of the MILs and extraction application. In this case as synthesized MILs are completely dissolving (becoming homogeneous in water) , in what condition these MILs will be able to use SPME application from the water samples.? should these MILs hydophobic? for extraction or is there any method to collect dissolved MILs other than magnetic seperation ? I did centrifugation but not works. Please suggest me to solve this dissolving problem. Thank you
