Such beautiful buildings. They all should be saved. Apply for grants and owners should take care of what goes on there and restore them.

1st off LOVE the music selected ! Then it brings a sadness to me because I do remember when this area was VIBRANT back in the mid 70s when I had my free Press paper route on Mc Nicole’s , Pontchatrain and Hamilton Rd such a Beautifully planned area that should not have been allowed to suffer as it has , Yes SOME have been updated ( I’m pretty sure most of the original character was ripped out during the process ) a number of them have been lost to demolition and some sit waiting in an abandoned state for either the Gift of being brought BACK to life or sadly the recking ball 😥
