I'm pretty sure Akio plays this in E standard, so the tab is in Eb. Also tempo markers are just general idea, the tempo fluctuates a bit in the 188-190 area.

OK, this was surprisingly difficult to record - the rhythm combined with a slower tempo is unforgiving when the goal is getting it right.
