Do you inhale? I’m an ex smoker and have to be careful not to inhale.
Absolutely no inhaling… Intuitively you may draw a little bit of smoke, but certainly not anywhere like a cigarette. Just pull the smoke into your mouth and roll it around your cheeks and push it out after a second or two in the mouth don’t deep inhale.

People are addicted to all types of things, not just cigars. I’m not saying smoking is good for you don’t inhale cigars so therefore it has no cause an effect on your lungs or cardio
