In my personal opinion, being a football fan, this was by a country mile the best scene/sequence in the whole show. Combining Nick Mohammad's Violin with his wife accompanying him with the piano to play spiegel im spiegel was such a beautiful piece. For a brief moment, we truly felt and see who rupert truly was before his playboy persona. The fact they made us as fans of the show who despise rupert, to actually have sympathy for him was unbelievable writing. Hats off to the writers. You lot outdid yourself with this scene. Its a show yes, but they used irl propositions to make the point across. And used Hannh (Rebecca) to explain what football truly is was chefs kiss. The one person, who at the start, didnt give a toss about football explain why football is important to people who loved the sport for what is was, not money.

Keeley is probably the nicest boss Barbara has ever had. Doesn't she imply earlier in the season that she has never recieved a gift from a boss?

I like to think, or dread, that the wonder of what he experienced actually destroyed him

No matter how good your day was if at the end of the day you are still alone you will then still be sad

I like to think that it wasn't his depression that killed him this time around. Sure he was definitely still depressed, it's not that easy to cure it, but one of the running theories around his death was that the bunch of kids he saw at the end of his life accidentally shot him with a gun. Perhaps this time, it wasn't he himself that committed suicide, rather the kids ended up shooting him and being the extremely kind man that he was, as the theory goes, he hid his wound for a short while until the end of his life.
