The best thing about the roaming cultists is that they can actually be killed by npcs. I had one get killed by a bunch of athenian guards, and I just watched. It was very amusing.

I randomly ran into Nyx in the middle of Athens and killed her when I was level 30ish. Got the assassin rush skill on and she got that yellow circle so I just pressed it and went to town 😂😂. Then I killed the top Mistios guy when I was level 43 since at that point the game was throwing me high level mercs anyway

Im lvl 36 or so and i got quite a bit of cultists killed,just need the leaders of the cult(like the big bosses) and 2-3 of each branch

I feel like playing as Alexios makes more sense because Alexandra fits more as Deimos

so it takes 2 play thoughts so not fast at all

Unpopular opinion: Out of the modern day Assassin's Creed games, Oddesey is the only good one. Origins was meh so I didn't even bother finishing it, I've hear Valhalla was also pretty mid and I've heard literally nothing about Mirage which must mean it's bad if nobody talked about it.

I know that picking kassandra is the canon option, but I think she does a much better job as deimos in my opinion.

Honestly, one of my favorite things about tracking down all the cultists in this game is that sometimes it’s a big mission chain with several stages to it or tied into the story progression, and sometimes you can stab some random leader or a mercenary and it turns out to be a cultist. First time I played this game I got the poison dagger super early on because of that and it was great. I feel like Odyssey had a good balance of story based cultists and ones that you just have to find on your own, compared to Valhalla which felt very uneven and unsatisfying for some reason.

I’m sorry man but it’s nearly impossible to follow a long with you taking 1.002 seconds for every cultist and not giving an actual location other then the “port” and a zoomed in section of the map where you can’t tell what it is

Outside of those spectacular visuals, my favourite part of the game is the builds! It's a fun grind getting those perfect rolls for every slot. As it stands for me, it's all crit modifiers.. I can literally be killed by a chicken in 3 hits, but in exchange my crit damage & chance output is fricking insane.
