I couldn't imagine the sadness Glen endured and plowed through on his way to finding Jesus... It was a terrible time for so many of us seekers of Truth. "Love, joy and peace" were the total opposite of genuine love, joy and peace. The missing component was holiness. Red Skelton was a patriot, even more so, he was a Christian man who served. We should all be patriots who have a love for America! Seeing the Truth for what it is. Showing compassion to neighbors who have been struggling just to put food on the table, and a roof over their heads. Mr. Skelton was a true, humble servant to those around him and to The Lord God, he proved the Truth of God’s Love to future generations by living his Faith and never hid the Truth of who he served every moment of his life. This attitude is something that all men should strive to emulate. We should be studying Jesus’s Life when He began His ministry about God, Himself, and do some serious soul searching of how we can best serve Him. Yes, the funny entertainer who always made people laugh, was a dedicated Christian man who lived a life where he could plant his seeds of faith. This world could become a testament to Christianity and a witness to lost world.
