The reason is, ass you wrote is due to safety. The new helmet will look like the old one but will be safer for riding and will only be used on horseback.

Naukuchiatal is very close to Bhimtal. It's only about 7 kilometers away. You can easily reach there by taxi, bus, or even on foot if you're feeling adventurous. Kathgodam railway station is a bit further away, but it's still accessible. The distance between Kathgodam and Naukuchiatal is approximately 25 kilometers. You can take a taxi or bus from Kathgodam to reach Naukuchiatal.

@av21295 My Personal Choice is to Stay in Naukuchiatal as its really very less crowded , we really soak in nature here , Kainchi Dham is nearby , if in Sattal , must do birding tour in Morning & evening
