I doubt many people will be able to navigate and effectively use their hearing aid features without professional coaching, OR, well designed training materials. That sucks!

Why headphones are wired but not wireless? I’m looking for solution for my one-sided SSD: I don’t use hearing aids but need table microphone for working meetings and noisy environments which I can use with earbud on good ear. Cannot find such solution. Please consider connection with any earbuds through bluetooth.

It's too bad that Starkey doesn't have edge mode or a user button for the iic hearing aids. Even if you had to press the button for each ear (since the iic's are non-wireless), it would be a welcome feature.

Why doesn't the Starkey 2 way audio work with Android

It's all very well but if there's some background noise, like on the beach close to the water, on on a bus or a plane, you will not be able to stream into your hearing aids. You will hear NOTHING. The sound will be drowned out by the amplified background noise. The dirty secret of the hearing aids industry: iPods are way better!

You can't really tune your hearing aids yourself according to the audiometric test from the ENT specialist. Too bad. Having to depend on appointments with the audiologist who sold you the hearing aid is not in sync with technological advances.

This is, obviously, an informative video. However, choosing a female with a high voice that speaks fairly quickly is not a good choice in a presenter. An elderly person that has difficulty understanding higher pitched voices and has difficulty understanding fast communication, as I experience, has to struggle to understand the content being communicated. A lower modulated voice and slower speaking individual would be helpful. I suggest that you redo this video taking into consideration the above suggestions.
