Hey! We're back again with another Genshin Impact food recipe!
This time we're making Yoimiya's signature dish "Summer Festival Fish" which is basically really cool koi-shaped dango! A classic Japanese snack with a twist. It's our first time making dango and we struggled a lot but it ended up pretty well!

I'm pretty sure the first original version was actually the slowly dry-fried version - which was later replaced by the faster fried-til-dry version by restaurants and street food vendors to save time... but I really like your recipe which I used as a base for my own version. For the dry-frying I recommend a wok with little oil or if you are afraid of losing your seasoning just a non-stick pan (works even without oil on medium heat). Thanks again for the recipe! Keep up the spicy work!

Hey Kate, hey Em! Great to hear from you and sorry for the late reply lol. I honestly would love to start uploading again but, our group kinda split up 2 years ago and I now live in a tiny studio without a good filming space. Working full time doens't speed up things either haha. Looking to move in a few months to some place bigger/better so that I can revive this chanel :P Got plenty of ideas that's been brewing, so I'm deifnintely hoping to make a grand return this year :D

Thank you thank you thank you! This was one of my favorite dishes when I would go to China for work, I made it last night and it was super tasty. This recipe was just spicy enough for flavor but not too spicy that my wife couldn't enjoy it. Perfect blend. When she's not around I will increase the spice levels. This was so easy, I'm glad I found the recipe!

You should put some pho spices into the soup for more flavor :). Pho soup without star anise, cinnamon sticks and kardamom is not real pho in my opinion. 😬
